We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the update has been published.

 

Pricing Policy

All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. During promotional periods, sale prices will be clearly displayed with the original price crossed out.

 

All Sales Final

Important notice

All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including for promotional bundle pricing (e.g. 3 for RM99). Bundle purchases are not eligible for partial returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please ensure all selection details — size, colour, and quantity — are correct before completing checkout. We are unable to amend orders once they have been placed.

 

Payment & Cancellations

To ensure fairness for all customers, orders that remain unpaid within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled to release the inventory back to the store.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Product prices do not include delivery charges. Shipping fees will be calculated and added at checkout based on your destination and chosen delivery service.

 

Product Representation

We strive to ensure product images are as accurate as possible. However, please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor’s display settings and calibration.
