2. Sizing & Selection

Please review our Size Guide before purchasing. Due to our limited inventory, we cannot swap sizes or colors once an order is placed. All selections are final.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our quality control, but we’re human. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, we want to make it right.

Reporting Window — Contact us at orderbasicplain@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Requirements — Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.

Resolution — If verified, we will provide a replacement at no cost. If out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Lost Packages

Address Accuracy — We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost/Stolen Mail — Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed. Please ensure all shipping and billing information is correct at checkout.
