We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated version is published.

Pricing Policy

All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Promotional pricing will be clearly shown with original prices displayed where applicable.

All Sales Final

All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including promotional bundles (e.g. 3 for RM99). Bundle items are not eligible for partial refunds or exchanges.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please ensure all details (size, colour, quantity) are correct before checkout. Orders cannot be modified after placement.

Payment & Cancellations

Orders not paid within 24 hours may be automatically cancelled to release inventory.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are not included in product prices and will be calculated at checkout based on destination and selected courier service.

Product Representation

We aim for accurate product representation. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and device calibration.
